Job Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with VIP clients, cater to their needs, and explore avenues to enhance their engagement with Binance Pool.
• Provide VIP clients with personalized support, address their inquiries promptly, and ensure their mining activities are optimized.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency mining sector and Binance Pool's products and services.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with high-value clients, partners, and vendors.
• Strong project management skills, including risk mitigation and ensuring project success.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and an aptitude for thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with technical aspects of cryptocurrency mining, such as mining hash rate, is a plus.
