We are searching for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth through cultivating and fostering relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This position will play a critical role in expanding our presence within these crucial segments, ensuring long-term success by forming strategic partnerships and providing tailored innovative solutions to meet the needs of high-value customers.

As the primary individual responsible for establishing strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, as well as identifying high-potential VIP clients, your role will involve tailoring solutions to cater to their specific requirements. Every closed deal, whether it involves innovative affiliate campaigns or customized broker programs, will be crucial in solidifying [Company]'s market presence.

Central to this position is your creativity, whether in developing new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to create groundbreaking products for partners. With the backing of a top-tier team, you will have the freedom to take risks, experiment with new strategies, and significantly impact the future of crypto partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and cultivating new partnerships with media and Affiliates (such as KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders) to attract first-time depositors and trades.
  • Identifying and nurturing new partnerships with Brokers while enhancing [Company]'s broker program. Also, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing brokers.
  • Identifying and engaging with VIP clients.
  • Managing existing relationships with KOLs and monitoring their performance.
  • Providing timely and reliable customer service and issue resolution for Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs at [Company], proactively engaging with the internal team and offering improvement suggestions to management.
  • Staying informed about the latest social media trends, including platforms like YouTube and TikTok, as well as developments within the Blockchain influencer community.
  • Representing [Company] at conferences, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to boost awareness of products and services.
  • Engaging in community outreach activities, attending crypto gatherings and meetings to expand the company's institutional presence.
  • Researching market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
  • Drafting and finalizing client or partnership agreements.
  • Maintaining regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, monitoring client feedback, and proposing product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with familiarity or connections to influential figures in the regional ecosystem.
  • Established network or client base within the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, web3, or blockchain domains.
  • 2+ years of work experience in the sale of financial products.
  • Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales position.
  • Demonstrated track record of initiating, managing, and financially leveraging relationships with clients or partners, leading to tangible business outcomes through drafting agreements and documentation.
  • Proficiency in professional written and spoken English, with samples of writing and presentations being welcomed.
