Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships
About the Role:
We are searching for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth through building and fostering relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This position will be pivotal in expanding our presence within these impactful segments, securing long-term success via strategic partnerships and tailored solutions for high-value customers.
Take the lead in extending our reach into high-value segments by cultivating partnerships with Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers. In the ever-evolving crypto landscape, you will have the autonomy to cultivate a network that establishes valuable partnerships benefiting both the company and your clients.
You will spearhead the development of strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, spotting high-potential VIP clients, and creating customized solutions to meet their distinct requirements. From initiating innovative affiliate campaigns to crafting unique programs for brokers, each successful deal you negotiate will be instrumental in solidifying our position in the market.
Your role will heavily rely on your creativity, whether in brainstorming fresh incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to innovate new products for partners. Supported by an exceptional team, you will have the freedom to take risks, test novel approaches, and influence the landscape of crypto partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract new depositors and trades.
- Establish new partnerships with Brokers and enhance the broker program, in addition to nurturing existing broker relationships.
- Identify and engage with VIP clients.
- Maintain and optimize relationships with existing KOLs.
- Deliver timely and trustworthy customer service to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, collaborating with internal teams where necessary, and offer improvement recommendations to management.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and developments within the Blockchain influencer community.
- Attend conferences and events representing the company, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to raise awareness of products and services.
- Engage in community activities and events to broaden our institutional footprint.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Sustain regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, recording and implementing client feedback to suggest product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, possessing connections or knowledge of influential figures in the ecosystem.
- Established network of clients in the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers domains.
- Minimum of 1 year in digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain.
- At least 2 years of experience selling financial products.
- Candidates with greater experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Proven success in initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships, driving business outcomes and drafting agreements.
- Strong proficiency in professional written and verbal English, with the ability to present effectively. Samples are appreciated.
