Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships
About the role:
We are seeking a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth by fostering relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our presence within these high-impact segments by creating strategic partnerships and tailored solutions for high-value customers.
As a part of our team, you will be involved in expanding into high-value segments such as Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers. Your role in this rapidly growing crypto space grants you the freedom to cultivate relationships that bring value to both the organization and your clients.
Your primary responsibilities will involve establishing strategic partnerships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying promising VIP clients, and devising customized solutions to meet their specific requirements. Every partnership you secure will contribute significantly to fortifying our market position.
This role demands creativity, whether it involves developing new benefits for VIP clients or collaborating internally to create unique products for our partners. Responsibilities:
- Cultivating new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract new customers and trades;
- Establishing partnerships with Brokers and enhancing the broker program;
- Identifying and engaging with VIP clients;
- Maintaining relationships with KOLs and ensuring performance objectives are met;
- Providing timely and satisfactory customer service to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, while collaborating with internal teams and offering improvement suggestions;
- Staying informed about social media trends and the Blockchain influencer community;
- Representing the organization at conferences to engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, and increase product and service awareness;
- Engaging in community events and gatherings to expand our institutional presence;
- Analyzing market and competitor trends in the crypto space;
- Negotiating and finalizing client or partnership agreements;
- Maintaining regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gathering feedback, and proposing product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with established relationships in influential circles;
- Strong network of clients within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital assets or cryptocurrency space and 2+ years in selling financial products;
- Demonstrated ability in initiating, managing, and maximizing client relationships;
- Proficiency in written and oral English with strong presentation skills.
