The Binance Pay & Card team is at the forefront of transforming global transaction and financial management practices. Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and expand strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and high-volume merchants in key sectors to rapidly grow the regional merchant base and transaction volume.
- Lead the entire enterprise sales process, from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiating contracts, coordinating KYB processes, and executing cross-functional integrations to expedite onboarding timelines.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives in PSPs, acquirers, and major merchants, leveraging regulatory standing and market credibility to forge partnerships in traditional payment infrastructures.
- Develop and implement regional expansion strategies that prioritize significant industries like gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services, while identifying untapped opportunities in emerging sectors.
- Work closely with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to tailor solutions, simplify onboarding procedures, and create joint marketing initiatives to boost merchant adoption and GMV growth.
- Analyze merchant and partnership data to segment accounts, refine commercial terms, enhance profitability, and maximize long-term impact within the ecosystem.
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and market trends to enhance regional strategies and influence global payment distribution expansion.
- Monitor and meet challenging KPIs related to merchant base growth, acquirer onboarding goals, and measurable transaction volume increase.
Requirements:
- Possess at least 5 years of demonstrated enterprise-level business development experience to engage top-level stakeholders and manage intricate, multi-party partnerships.
- Have a strong professional network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions in the target region.
- Display the ability to function in regulated environments, considering compliance and reputational factors when structuring partnerships.
- Exhibit commercial maturity, resilience, and an ability to drive progress in expansion-oriented environments, focusing on growth rather than established infrastructure.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret merchant data and devise scalable partnership strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is necessary for effective coordination with international partners. Proficiency in additional languages like Portuguese is advantageous.
