We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across all our business lines. The ideal candidate will initiate the first contact with prospects, possess a deep understanding of the sales process, and exhibit a genuine interest in digital assets. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present our products and services are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrate basic technical knowledge of digital assets and effectively communicate the unique offerings of Anchorage Digital to prospects.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients during initial interactions and highlight the value propositions of our services.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

  • Lead initiatives to expand the pipeline and enhance top-of-funnel growth across various business segments in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Manage a prospect pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and providing client feedback to the product and engineering teams.

Organizational Knowledge:

  • Collaborate closely with different departments to optimize lead qualification processes and enhance conversion rates.
  • Deliver comprehensive and timely progress reports to track performance.

Communication and Influence:

  • Actively engage in team activities and demonstrate a collaborative approach to work.
  • Foster productive internal and external relationships to generate new leads and enhance Anchorage Digital’s reputation in the industry.
  • Share insights from discovery calls with the marketing team to refine demand generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the digital assets sector.
  • Previous experience in a Business Development Representative role within the Fintech or SaaS industry.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to expand the business of a market-leading company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A genuine interest and understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with the soundtrack to Hamilton is a plus, showcasing an appreciation for financial innovation.
