Business Intelligence Lead

Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem, is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Lead to join their Customer Service team. The ideal candidate should excel in data analysis and have a solid track record of guiding teams to produce actionable insights. This role involves supervising data analysis efforts within the team, spotting key trends, and proposing strategic solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough data analysis to detect trends, patterns, and opportunities in customer service operations
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance processes and efficiency
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques like cluster analysis and statistical modeling
• Monitor key performance indicators and generate regular reports to track progress
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring a collaborative work environment
• Assign tasks, offer guidance, and review team members' work for accuracy
• Establish data analysis best practices and standards
• Oversee data analysis projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
• Create clear and engaging data visualizations, including dashboards and reports
• Use data visualization tools to produce informative reports
• Interact closely with business leaders to grasp their data requirements and present actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for data-driven product enhancements

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and modeling concepts
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills, including macro development

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in data analysis or business intelligence
• Minimum of 3 years in team leadership
• Preferred experience in financial services or technology industries
