Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of business projects, from requirement analysis to solution design and project implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with client trading needs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between product development and technical teams, strategizing and executing project plans to uphold Binance's quality standards and cater to regional market demands.
• Deepen understanding of client trading requirements and market trends, identify growth opportunities, and suggest product enhancements and innovative solutions for sustained product evolution and competitiveness.
• Act as the key stakeholder for projects, coordinate resources across departments to facilitate seamless teamwork and successful product feature implementation, especially focusing on areas like low-latency trading, algorithmic trading, and high-frequency trading innovation.
• Monitor and analyze user behavior and usage data to generate data-driven insights for product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to address client issues related to order execution, data access, and system performance, ensuring a stable and efficient trading system for an enhanced client experience.

Requirements

• Experience as Business/Product Owner: Demonstrated success in spearheading complex projects with financial and technical requirements, adept at coordinating multi-stakeholder environments to achieve project objectives. Previous roles as a business, product, or technical owner showcasing strong resource coordination for product development and successful project execution.
• Passion and Proactivity: Strong interest in cryptocurrency and trading markets, proactive in identifying client needs and driving solution implementation.
• Responsibility and Detail-Oriented: Detail-focused and reliable, capable of delivering high-quality work under pressure.
• Technical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of cryptocurrency exchange technical architecture, market microstructure, order matching engines, low-latency trading, and API integration, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and client stakeholders.
• Data Analysis and Strategic Thinking: Proficient in data-driven business analysis, skilled in deriving insights from trading data and client feedback to influence product strategy.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed on blockchain, DeFi, CeFi, and crypto market trends to apply industry insights to project planning and product strategies.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to enable effective communication with global stakeholders and partners.
