Responsibilities:
The Business Operations team at Fortune is instrumental in upholding the operational efficiency and cohesion of the company's payment operations and overarching business functions. This managerial role entails ensuring the smooth implementation of operational tasks, supervising payment processes, and supporting key business operations to cultivate a robust and productive operational environment.
Role Expectations:
As part of this role, your responsibilities will involve:
- Operational Support: Oversee and support all facets of payment operations at Fortune to ensure seamless operations. This includes managing workflows, addressing operational challenges, and implementing strategies to boost efficiency and reliability.
- Transaction Success Management: Monitor and optimize transaction success rates, identifying patterns and improvement opportunities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and reliability.
- Invoicing and Payments Reconciliation: Manage invoicing and payment reconciliation functions, guaranteeing the accuracy and timeliness of transaction processing, compliance with financial protocols, and meticulous record-keeping.
- Investor Communications Support: Aid in crafting and circulating investor communications, providing clear updates on operational performance, milestones achieved, and strategic ventures.
