Responsibilities:
Design and implement business strategies for core departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and constant refinement to drive growth.
Conduct data analysis to evaluate the impact of various strategies, operational decisions, and resource allocations on business growth, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate effectively with business, product, and analysis teams to address challenges and achieve objectives in a time-bound manner.
Interact independently with product teams to drive continuous improvements based on evolving business needs, combining strong business acumen with product insights.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in statistics, engineering, business, or related fields, with fluency in both Chinese and English.
Over 3 years of experience in data analysis, market analysis, or business analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL. Experience with ChatGPT is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and ideally a background in product development.
Strong desire and capacity for ongoing learning, with a passion for exploration and innovation.

Community Moderator
We are a boutique, Asia-based Web3 marketing agency working with early-stage and growth-stage crypto projects across DeFi, infrastructure, consumer apps, and gaming.

We focus on narrative design, community activation, cross-market growth, and delivering impactful results for clients in Asia and globally.

The Role: Community Moderator (36k–90k)
We’re hiring a community moderator to support client communities across Telegram, Discord, and X.
This is a front-line, user-facing role requiring empathy, high engagement, and strong judgment.
Responsibilities
Moderate multiple client communities to ensure safety, clarity, and engagement.
Respond to user questions, coordinate AMA/announcement schedules, post updates.
Keep communities active during key moments: launches, airdrops, campaigns, content releases.
Identify community issues or risks early and escalate appropriately.
Summarize community sentiment and user feedback for internal strategy teams.
Maintain tone, credibility, and professionalism when interacting with users.
Requirements
Prior experience moderating Web3 communities or Web2 social groups.
Familiarity with crypto user behavior, culture, and community patterns.
Excellent written communication and quick response ability.
High reliability; able to cover activity across Asian time zones.
Familiarity with the Southeast Asia KOL landscape, with strong existing relationships preferred.
Bonus
Ability to create short-form content or memes.
Multilingual (EN + CN preferred).
Experience with community analytics tools.
