Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business strategies for core departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and constant refinement to drive growth.

• Conduct data analysis to evaluate the impact of various strategies, operational decisions, and resource allocations on business growth, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

• Collaborate effectively with business, product, and analysis teams to address challenges and achieve objectives in a time-bound manner.

• Interact independently with product teams to drive continuous improvements based on evolving business needs, combining strong business acumen with product insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in statistics, engineering, business, or related fields, with fluency in both Chinese and English.

• Over 3 years of experience in data analysis, market analysis, or business analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL. Experience with ChatGPT is a plus.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and ideally a background in product development.

• Strong desire and capacity for ongoing learning, with a passion for exploration and innovation.
