Responsibilities

• Governance & Performance Management: Establish and uphold an effective management structure for accountability and decision-making process. Collaborate closely with Finance and Analytics teams to oversee P&L and KPI monitoring. Identify and communicate business opportunities and risks to leadership.

• Analytics, Insights, and Reporting: Work alongside Data Analytics teams to gain deeper insights into the business and devise strategies. Develop action plans to drive growth across existing and new business segments. Generate regular reports for senior management.

• Industry & Competition: Conduct competitive research in conjunction with cross-functional teams. Create and implement competitive strategies to enhance market position.

• Org & Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance organizational design. Streamline internal processes to facilitate scalable growth.

• Special Projects: Lead special task forces and oversee high-impact projects of strategic importance.

Requirements

• Prior experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong business acumen and critical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in project and change management.
• Previous experience in financial or blockchain trading industry is advantageous.
• MBA, BA, or BS from a well-regarded university.
