We are seeking an individual to fulfill the dual roles of Chief of Staff & Head of Commercial Business Management. This key position will be instrumental in leading the execution of both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations within the Commercial division, spanning product development, sales, and marketing. In close collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the chosen candidate must possess strategic vision, leadership acumen, business proficiency, and a history of successfully managing commercial business ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CCO to outline and implement strategic objectives within the Commercial division.
- Work alongside the CCO to establish and oversee the budget for the Commercial Division.
- Aid in shaping the organizational structure and strategic planning of the commercial division.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to ensure cohesive alignment and achievement of divisional goals.
- Serve as a primary advisor to the CCO, offering insights and advice on business strategy and operations.
- Represent the Commercial division in executive forums and convey strategic decisions to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support to the CCO in daily operational activities and decision-making processes.
- Monitor the performance of commercial initiatives using key performance indicators and produce reports for senior management.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- Demonstrated experience in a strategic capacity within a Commercial division, particularly within financial services or product software sectors.
- Profound understanding of sales and product management with preferred knowledge of software and professional service pricing.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Proven capability in steering strategic initiatives and managing intricate projects.
- An adaptable problem solver with a track record of success working under pressure.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
