Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO on market expansion efforts and the introduction of new services, ensuring alignment with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Tech teams throughout.
- Establish top-notch operational standards, notably in user onboarding and customer service, in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Utilize data insights to enhance user experiences, monitor operational metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and execute improvement strategies effectively.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, leveraging region-specific data to drive operational adjustments and enhancements across product operations.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of 8-10+ years in the payments sector or a regulated financial institution.
- Profound knowledge of payments industry and Electronic Money Institution operations.
- Proficiency in data analytics for informed decision-making and scaling operations across regions.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex business issues, constructing business cases, and using data-driven models in shaping operational strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of leading innovative, sustainable operations.
- Adept at fostering cross-cultural relationships with teams, colleagues, and external partners.
- Relevant experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments with comfort in periods of high-growth.
- Fluency in English essential; acquaintance with regulated Authorised Manager roles advantageous.
