Description
Manta is a forward-thinking technology company specializing in Web3 infrastructure and application development. Currently, we are in a pivotal growth phase and on the verge of launching numerous top-tier applications. We are in search of an innovative and results-driven CTO to join our team and spearhead the execution of our technical roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's technical vision and system architecture, focusing on constructing scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
- Oversee and motivate the technical team, consisting of frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain engineers.
- Strategize and implement the technical roadmap for Manta and its related products, ensuring completion within set timelines.
- Act as the technical liaison in collaborations with project and ecosystem collaborators to assure the delivery of high-quality and efficient outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain technology and advocate for the exploration and integration of cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder to influence the overall strategy and product development roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity within the Web3 industry.
- Thorough background in blockchain/Web3, with a proficiency in smart contracts, off-chain infrastructure, and Layer 1 / Layer 2 technologies being highly desirable.
- Proficient in a minimum of two of the following programming languages: Rust, Solidity, Go, TypeScript.
- Strong team management skills and adept at cross-functional communication, with the ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluent in English, with the capability to effectively work in an international environment.
Bonus Points
- Demonstrated success in leading Web3 products from concept to implementation.
- Previous entrepreneurial experience or holding a key technical position in a startup.
