Become a part of the dynamic Binance Clearing and Treasury Team, integral in supporting the financial infrastructure of a prominent cryptocurrency organization. The team, segmented into Fiat, Exchange, and Fiat/Crypto Treasury sectors, plays a key role in ensuring smooth liquidity and funding for all global and regional business units. Responsibilities include overseeing liquidity management, risk control, operational costs, and supervising financial relationships and channels.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the system's capital flow dynamics.
- Manage connections with various fiat channels and test capital-related processes.
- Address customer capital-related issues through daily customer service interactions.
- Handle diverse capital matters promptly and with accuracy.
- Collaborate on marketing activities distribution.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to system fund data and provide insights.
- Guide subordinates in daily work through a clear reconciliation logic concept.
- Address other fund-related issues within the system.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese communication.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in areas like accounting, finance, or economics.
- Minimum 7 years working experience in clearing and settlement roles.
- Strong risk awareness and identification skills.
- Excellent logical analysis, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Internet Finance and traditional financial practices.
- Experience in team leadership and project completion.
- Previous involvement in risk control within financial sectors such as banking or payments.
