Job Details:
ADDX is in search of a passionate Client Account Manager with a sales-oriented mindset and a purpose-centered approach, backed by up to four years of experience in financial services or fintech. This position is well-suited for candidates with a strong sales and client relationship background, coupled with a genuine interest in private markets and alternative investments.
Main Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Actively identify and enlist new accredited investors in alignment with ADDX’s vision and investment approach.
Relationship Management: Establish credibility with clients, especially high-caliber investors, serving as their principal contact point.
Business Development: Discover prospects for strategic partnerships and referrals to broaden ADDX’s client network.
Client Success & Support: Offer prompt and top-tier client support, addressing issues and ensuring investor satisfaction throughout the investment process.
Market Insight & Strategy: Stay abreast of market trends and investment opportunities, particularly in the private markets sector, to provide proactive advice.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to enrich the client experience and contribute insights to product development enhancements.
Risk & Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements diligently and engage in ongoing compliance training.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Three to four years of experience in sales, account management, relationship management, or investment advisory.
Background in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or investment platforms is highly desired.
Track record of successful client acquisition and growth in investor relationships.
Exposure to traditional and alternative investment products like private equity, hedge funds, and structured products.
Familiarity with client execution processes and investment compliance standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with high net-worth individuals.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce is advantageous.
Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to a dynamic working environment.
