About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with prior agency recruitment experience to establish strong connections with our clients, comprehend their individual needs, and assist them in achieving their desired objectives through our solutions. Serving as the trusted advisor, you will lead clients through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to maximize their success.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain enduring relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact to address their needs promptly and efficiently.

- Monitor and evaluate customer success metrics, encompassing usage patterns, satisfaction levels, and retention rates. Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and deliver value effectively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in agency recruitment with a successful history of developing and managing a client portfolio.
- Proficiency in navigating high-stakes, fast-paced, and sensitive recruitment environments such as finance, technology, legal, or executive search sectors.
- Sound understanding of the hiring process and the HR challenges faced by organizations.
