We are seeking a driven professional to lead our Client Operations Team in Cash Management and Stablecoins. In this role, you will play a key part in the development, creation, and expansion of crucial operational infrastructure that facilitates seamless interaction for our clients with both traditional fiat (USD) and innovative stablecoin solutions. As the Client Operations Team Lead focusing on Cash Management and Stablecoins, you will be tasked with various responsibilities including:
Building & Design: Designing, documenting, and implementing robust operational workflows and controls for client Fiat (USD) cash management to enhance scalability and mitigate risks.
Cash Management Operations: Supervising the processing of client cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers on diverse payment rails, ensuring precise and timely reconciliation of cash accounts along with troubleshooting and resolution of complex cash-related issues.
Stablecoin Operations: Managing the operational processes related to stablecoin deposits, withdrawals, and transfers on relevant blockchain networks, as well as developing and maintaining procedural frameworks for stablecoin custody, settlement, issuance, and redemption.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborating with various teams including Business, Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Client Relationship units to support existing and new business lines that necessitate specific Fiat/Stablecoin operational processes.
Continuous Process Improvement: Constantly identifying opportunities to enhance cash management operations for improved efficiency, strengthened controls, and enhanced client service.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
A track record of designing and constructing scalable Fiat cash management operations within a regulated financial setting. Strong knowledge of institutional payment processing principles such as Wires, ACH, reconciliation, and cash sweep mechanisms. Experience leading operations teams to effectively manage Fiat currency with accuracy and efficiency. An adeptness for developing operational processes for emerging payment capabilities like Digital Assets. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a focus on risk management and control implementation in Fiat operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex operational issues related to Fiat transactions. Prior experience as an operational liaison with banking partners. Minimum of 7 years of experience in institutional financial operations, with a significant focus on Fiat cash management. While not mandatory, additional points if you have experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech sector, familiarity with stablecoin protocols and blockchain networks, knowledge of digital asset regulations, expertise in project management, and if you harbored an emotional connection to the soundtrack of Hamilton, the musical chronicling the creation of a novel financial system.
