Job Description
We are looking for a Client Servicing Agent who is fluent in Traditional Chinese to join our operations team at Flipster. If you have a strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, as well as a basic understanding of financial products and exchange services, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Client Servicing Agent, your responsibilities will include answering user enquiries, managing accounts, troubleshooting platform issues, and providing support across multiple channels.

- Handle user enquiries related to account registration, management, KYC, promotions, events, wallets, and assets
- Manage escalation and follow-up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders

Required Skills
