About the Opportunity
Seeking an experienced business development professional to steer our commercial endeavors in the UAE. The role involves crafting and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with growth objectives, optimizing revenue based on product offerings, and fostering key partnerships to drive company expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Devising and executing the commercial strategy in the UAE in sync with business growth objectives
- Establishing revenue strategy leveraging OKX product offerings in UAE
- Collaborating with the leadership team on the strategic direction of the company
- Leading partnership initiatives in UAE by identifying suitable partners and managing negotiations
- Managing client relationships to enhance customer experience
- Ensuring a focus on customer outcomes, value, and experience across functions
- Incorporating alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance, and related business areas
- Analyzing market trends and customer insights for strategic decision-making
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years in Crypto or Traditional Finance with leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in commercial strategies within the derivatives sector
- Proficiency in futures and options products, market dynamics, and indicies
- Knowledge of UAE crypto and finance regulatory environments
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and commercial acumen
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion
- Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong client and partner relations
