About The Role
Become a vital part of the Immutable team as a Community Growth Coordinator, entrusted with shaping our narrative as a premier web3 gaming platform. In the dynamic landscape of web3 and gaming, standing out amidst continuous noise is a strategic imperative. This role is tailor-made for individuals seeking career advancement within the realm of web3 while leaving a substantial mark on our business.
In the competitive realm of web3 and gaming, distinguishing oneself amid the constant buzz is crucial. We aspire to lead the pack in web3 gaming by adeptly distributing content that captivates audiences. Forming and nurturing solid connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key influencers is pivotal to accomplishing this mission. Your proficiency at Immutable will be instrumental in propelling us to the forefront of web3 gaming and shaping its future.
You’ll Be Empowered To
- Cultivate enduring partnerships with key KOLs, influencer agencies, and content creators
- Create and execute initiatives that engage these creators to achieve business goals
- Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of creator campaigns to optimize ROI
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and integration of influencer strategies
- Demonstrate proficiency in data-driven analysis, quantifying program success and refining strategies based on insights
We'd Love You To Bring
- Proven experience in developing relationship-based programs, such as creator programs or community initiatives
- Demonstrated capability to deliver programs comprehensively from inception to execution
- Moderate to high skill level in data manipulation, particularly utilizing Google Sheets
- Proficient in budget management and adept at analyzing campaign performance with an analytical mindset
- Demonstrated ability to oversee programs from conceptualization to outcomes
