Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Decentraland’s brand, community needs, and marketing objectives.

• Conduct SEO research and leverage community insights to determine content topics, structures, and formats that resonate with the audience.

• Collaborate with various teams to synchronize content plans with product launches, community events, and strategic campaigns.

• Stay updated on community sentiment and interests to guide content direction and preserve community values.

• Generate and manage a range of content including blogs, newsletters, product announcements, and email sequences while maintaining the authentic Decentraland voice.

• Organize an editorial calendar and content production pipeline to ensure consistency and timely publication.

• Repurpose content strategically across different channels to enhance engagement and extend content relevance.

• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices for organic growth and enhanced visibility.

• Monitor and analyze key content metrics to enhance strategies and performance.

• Regularly assess content performance, conduct audits, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in developing and executing content strategies aligned with brand objectives and SEO best practices.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to match Decentraland's brand voice.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing content metrics and SEO analytics.
• Demonstrated interest in web3 and willingness to learn.
• Skilled in project management, with experience in managing editorial calendars and multiple content formats.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Comfort working within a globally distributed, dynamic team environment.

Preferred Experience

• 3-5+ years in content strategy, content writing, SEO analysis, or related roles.
• Background in the web3, technology, or gaming sectors.
• Familiarity with content marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Proven success in crafting and executing content strategies that align with business objectives in a high-growth context.
• Experience in engaging and fostering community growth through content initiatives.
