Job Summary
The Arbitrum Foundation is in search of a dedicated and creative writer with a deep understanding of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) to help share the story of ArbitrumDAO. This individual will be responsible for developing online content related to governance, making DAO activities easily understandable on social platforms, drafting proposals on behalf of the foundation, and creating compelling content that showcases the value of ArbitrumDAO to the broader crypto community.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Governance Team and experts to create documentation for new contributors joining ArbitrumDAO.
- Keep abreast of ArbitrumDAO activities and generate content that effectively communicates these daily operations to the public.
- Lead the development of both technical and non-technical proposals for the foundation in consultation with the Governance Team and other stakeholders.
- Monitor content performance metrics and continuously refine content to enhance clarity and accessibility.
- Take charge of producing necessary content to support the ArbitrumDAO in overseeing the treasury and implementing protocol upgrades.
Qualifications
- Profound knowledge of DAO structures, governance principles, and related tools.
- Comfortable producing technical content.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, translate complex ideas, and facilitate constructive discussions.
- Analytical skills to interpret governance data, identify trends, and formulate actionable suggestions.
- Previous experience in DAOs or a comparable liaison role is preferred.

- Establish feedback mechanisms to gather insights from the community for enhancing content quality.
- Develop and write content to align with the priorities of both the foundation and DAO.
