CRM Architect
We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking CRM Architect to assist our VIP and Growth teams in effectively managing the setup, customization, and continuous maintenance of a specific CRM platform. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in CRM solutions like Salesforce, possess strategic problem-solving skills for addressing business issues, and play a vital role in expanding the VIP program and growth-centered projects. This position will be crucial in ensuring an exceptional experience for our relationship managers and high-value clients, driving business growth through the optimal utilization of the CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key architect for the CRM platform, ensuring daily configuration, user support, and system optimization.
- Develop and tailor CRM objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and page layouts to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect insights, interpret needs into CRM solutions aligning with growth and VIP strategies.
- Implement enhancements to boost the user-friendliness, efficiency, and accuracy of the CRM system for the VIP team and broader business functions.
- Maintain high data integrity through validation rules, data governance processes, and regular audits.
- Provide user training and continuous support to encourage the adoption of best practices and maximize the CRM system's value.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues promptly, and ensure the seamless functioning of the CRM platform.
- Stay updated on emerging CRM capabilities, recommending innovative practices that support business growth and VIP services.
- Aid in developing actionable reporting and analytics to empower the VIP and Growth teams in making data-driven decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and system changes for operational continuity and transparency.
Requirements
Development & Architecture
- Proficient in Apex (classes, triggers, async jobs: Batch, Queueable, Scheduled).
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura (maintenance), and contemporary front-end design patterns.
- Deep understanding of data model design, including custom objects, relationships, large datasets, selective queries, and indexing.
- Advanced ability in SOQL/SOSL with governor limit optimization.
Integrations & APIs
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, External Services, Platform Events, Change Data Capture.
- Skilled in designing secure integrations with Named/External Credentials, OAuth flows, JWT, mTLS/IP restrictions.
- Experience with event-driven architectures connected to Salesforce.
Security & Compliance
- Mastery of Salesforce security model components.
- Understanding of Salesforce Shield features.
- Expertise in handling PII, GDPR, and financial compliance.
- Familiarity with Okta SSO, SCIM provisioning, session security controls.
Scalability & Performance
- Demonstrated CRM architecture roles supporting sales and service functions.
- Design experience with resilient, scalable solutions in multi-million record organizations.
- Proficiency in performance optimization.
Operations & Governance
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
- Ability to document architecture decisions, data flows, ERDs, integration contracts.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and error handling.
- Understanding of best practices and platform capabilities in CRM systems.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to translate complex requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional stakeholder interactions.
- Self-driven with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in quality assurance and system testing.
- Background in supporting high-value client segments, with a focus on B2C sales and account management.
- Familiarity with integration of communication platforms like SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms or certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Admin, or App Builder.
