Description
We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of managing the implementation, configuration, and continuous support of a specialized Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of hands-on experience with Salesforce, possess the capability to solve business challenges through well-thought-out system designs, and be able to provide strategic guidance in the progressive development of the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary administrator for a Salesforce instance, overseeing day-to-day configuration, user assistance, and general platform upkeep.
- Customize various elements within Salesforce, including objects, fields, reports, dashboards, Salesforce Flow, and page layouts to align with business requirements.
- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to elicit needs and translate them into viable Salesforce solutions.
- Implement enhancements that elevate user experience, boost efficiency, and ensure data accuracy throughout the platform.
- Uphold data integrity by establishing validation rules, implementing data governance procedures, and conducting routine audits.
- Provide user training and assistance to aid in the adoption of best practices and the maximization of platform utility.
- Monitor system performance, utilization, and troubleshoot technical issues when necessary.
- Keep abreast of Salesforce updates and new functionalities, making informed recommendations for business-relevant enhancements.
- Support reporting and analytical demands through the development and maintenance of meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Document processes, configurations, and alterations to ensure operational transparency and continuity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with proficiency in Sales & Service Cloud.
- Profound understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform functionalities.
- Experience working with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, as well as security and sharing settings.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal acumen for seamless collaboration across teams.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing priorities within a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Prior involvement in supporting B2C sales and account management operations, particularly within iGaming, fintech, or crypto-related sectors.
- Familiarity with integrations involving communication platforms like SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, among others.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and any additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, App Builder, etc.
