Description
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned CRM Director to spearhead our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with the goal of enhancing user engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate should possess a solid CRM background, specializing in localization and personalization strategies. Essential skills required include customer journey mapping, customer lifecycle management, and segmentation utilizing data-driven machine learning techniques.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Leadership:
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a talented CRM team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Vision Development: Develop and execute automated lifecycle CRM strategies to guide customers through their purchase journeys effectively at scale.
- Data-Driven Frameworks: Create customer journey frameworks and maps to shape lifecycle strategies and ensure alignment across teams.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams and vendors such as product, marketing, legal, compliance, data engineering, content, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences and handoffs.
- Inclusive Environment: Foster a motivating workplace that promotes continuous learning, innovation, and open communication.
CRM Automation and Tech Management Strategy:
- Creative Development: Lead the creation of engaging strategies and executions for customer retention and engagement.
- User Growth Strategies: Design and implement strategies to enhance user loyalty and conversions, optimizing the conversion and retention funnel.
- Personalized Campaigns: Execute personalized email and push notification campaigns to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Segmentation Strategies: Develop sophisticated strategies for segmentation targeting and personalized CRM messaging across multiple channels.
- Lifecycle Optimization: Oversee the optimization of multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive business impact in line with organizational goals.
Data Analysis, Reporting, and Insights:
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement, refining strategies based on data insights to enhance ROI.
- Insights Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors and analytics teams to unearth insights, develop strategic roadmaps, and drive enhancements in CRM efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in CRM, digital marketing, or CRM software administration, including at least 3 years in team leadership.
- Excellent leadership and hands-on management skills, with a strong background in building and fostering high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in the latest CRM trends and technologies with experience in AI technology being advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in CRM software, Business Intelligence tools, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Technical skills in SQL, ETL process, Python, Machine Learning, Data modeling, HTML, and CSS are favorable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the capability to develop and execute innovative, data-driven CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Passion for cryptocurrency, Web 3.0 projects, and emerging technologies.
