Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, producing, and launching podcasts and other media content
• Pitch engaging topics and guests aligned with the crypto space
• Coordinate and conduct recordings with guests, ensuring technical quality
• Collaborate on publishing episodes and managing analytics data
• Generate ideas for new media projects, overseeing them from inception to completion
• Support in researching and planning various media initiatives

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry with a keen interest in emerging trends
• Minimum of 2 years in podcast or video production with proficiency in recording and editing
• Proficiency in Riverside, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, OBS, YouTube Studio, and Wordpress
• Strong organization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Creative aptitude for identifying engaging stories and guests in the crypto space
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Proactive mindset with a focus on problem solving and ownership

• AI proficiency or experience with agentic workflows

Milestones for Success

In the first 3-6 months, success in this role will entail:

• Successfully coordinating and executing multiple podcast recordings
• Building strong relationships with hosts, guests, and the media team
• Offering timely and creative guest and topic ideas aligning with company's voice
• Mastering company's media tools and workflows
• Improving efficiency, automation, and audience engagement through innovative ideas
• Demonstrating capability to lead episodes or media projects independently

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000

Working Hours and Location

This fully remote role is open to candidates globally, with a preference for the Eastern timezone plus or minus 1/2 hours. Collaboration primarily occurs with team members in the US and Europe, emphasizing asynchronous work while requiring some overlapping hours.
