As a result of our incredible growth, we are seeking a Business Development Intern to join our team. In this role, we are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional active listening skills, a persuasive sales personality, and a strong drive to close new business opportunities through cold calls and warm leads. A basic understanding of cryptocurrency is also necessary. We require someone who is adaptable and has a quick learning curve, as they will be involved in tasks such as delivering presentations, participating in investor meetings, and assisting with various marketing initiatives.

The internship program at Token Metrics lasts for a duration of three months. This is an unpaid position that serves as an evaluation period, with potential opportunities for return based on the needs of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing connections with potential clients and coordinating meetings.
• Planning and implementing new marketing strategies.
• Conducting thorough research on organizations and individuals to identify potential opportunities.
• Attracting and retaining new customers.
• Assisting in presentations.
• Identifying and expanding into new markets while enhancing sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Capable of effectively managing complex projects and multitasking.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Displays a proactive and self-motivated approach, working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using computers for various tasks.
