We are currently looking for a UX Researcher to help us develop products that redefine how individuals navigate the crypto markets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to understand the needs of Token Metrics' diverse user base, ranging from retail investors to experienced crypto traders.
- Analyze user interactions on our platform and on-chain activities to discover areas for improvement and enhance user experience.
- Utilize blockchain data and tools to enrich research findings with real-world insights on crypto behavior.
- Collaborate with designers to translate research insights into actionable UX recommendations, ensuring that our analytics dashboards and tools are user-friendly and effective.
- Engage directly with customers through interviews and feedback sessions to identify pain points and objectives within the crypto investing realm.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform product development by aligning with user needs.
- Stay informed on Web3 UX trends and crypto market dynamics, advocating for practices that enhance user trust, clarity, and engagement.
- Present research findings and design proposals to stakeholders to connect user requirements with Token Metrics' mission of delivering superior crypto insights.
- Work closely with product teams to enhance features based on user feedback and testing, including portfolio trackers, market signals, and AI-driven predictions.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in UX research, user experience design, or related fields, showcasing successful projects focused on users.
- Deep involvement in the blockchain ecosystem with practical experience using various dApps, wallets, DeFi platforms, or trading tools.
- Hands-on experience in on-chain activities and familiarity with blockchain analytics tools such as Dune Analytics and Etherscan.
- Profound knowledge of user research methodologies and design principles, adaptable to the unique challenges of crypto interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate intricate user insights and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
