Crypto-Native UX Researcher (Remote - Jakarta, Indonesia)

Primary Duties:

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research (like user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to comprehend the needs of Token Metrics’ broad user base, from retail investors to seasoned crypto traders.
• Analyze user interactions on our platform and on-chain activities to pinpoint areas of friction and improvement opportunities.
• Utilize blockchain data and tools to supplement user research with insights into real-world crypto behavior.
• Collaborate with designers to translate research findings into practical UX suggestions, ensuring that our analytics dashboards, prediction models, and tools are user-friendly and influential.
• Connect directly with customers through interviews and feedback sessions to identify their pain points, motivations, and objectives in the crypto investing domain.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to consolidate team alignment on user requirements and direct product development.
• Remain informed about UX trends in Web3 and crypto market dynamics, advocating for practices that enrich trust, clarity, and engagement on our platform.
• Deliver research insights and design proposals to stakeholders, linking user needs with Token Metrics’ mission of delivering exceptional crypto insights.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine features such as portfolio trackers, market signals, and AI-backed predictions based on user input and testing results.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research, user experience design, or a related field, with a portfolio illustrating successful projects focused on users.
• A deep-rooted interest in the blockchain ecosystem, actively engaged in using dApps, wallets, DeFi platforms, or trading tools.
• Demonstrated experience with on-chain activities and familiarity with blockchain analytics tools.
• Solid comprehension of user research methodologies and design principles, adept at applying them to the unique challenges of crypto interfaces.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex user insights and technical ideas to design, development, and management teams.
