We are in search of a UX Researcher who is dedicated to creating seamless user experiences and has a strong connection to the crypto ecosystem to help us develop products that revolutionize how individuals navigate the crypto markets.
Primary Duties:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to grasp the needs of Token Metrics’ diverse user base, spanning from retail investors to experienced crypto traders.
- Analyze user interactions with our platform and on-chain activities to recognize pain points and enhancement opportunities.
- Utilize blockchain data and tools to supplement user research with insights into real-world crypto behavior.
- Collaborate with designers to translate research findings into actionable UX suggestions, ensuring our analytics dashboards, predictive models, and tools are user-friendly and effective.
- Engage directly with customers through interviews and feedback sessions to identify their challenges, motivations, and objectives in the crypto investing sphere.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide product development based on user requirements.
- Stay informed about Web3 UX trends and crypto market dynamics, advocating for best practices that improve trust and engagement on our platform.
- Present research findings and design recommendations to key stakeholders, aligning user needs with Token Metrics’ mission of providing high-quality crypto insights.
- Work closely with product teams to refine features such as portfolio trackers, market signals, or AI-driven predictions, using user feedback and testing to guide iterations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX research, user experience design, or related fields, with a track record of successful projects focusing on users.
- Deep involvement in the blockchain ecosystem, actively using dApps, wallets, DeFi platforms, or trading tools.
- Demonstrated experience with on-chain activities and familiarity with blockchain analytics tools.
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and design principles, with the ability to adapt them to the unique challenges of crypto interfaces.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex user insights and technical concepts to various team members and leadership.
