Crypto Social Media Manager (Ho Chi Minh -Remote)

Astra DAO is in search of a skilled individual to fill the role of Social Media Manager. The primary responsibilities include establishing and managing a vibrant social media presence for our brands. This entails running advertising campaigns, creating compelling original content to boost engagement, collaborating with influencers, addressing comments, and handling customer service queries on all platforms.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in marketing and should be able to support their knowledge by generating and distributing relevant technical documents effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Execute advertising campaigns on various social media platforms.
• Develop high-quality written and visual content tailored for each campaign.
• Sustain a consistent online presence to enhance brand recognition and interaction.
• Monitor and maintain the company's brand image on social media platforms.
• Engage with influencers to extend brand exposure and influence.
• Promptly and professionally respond to comments and inquiries across all social media channels.
• Aim to grow Token Metrics social media accounts by 5% per month.
• Seek opportunities for interviews.
• Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva AI and Adobe to craft visually appealing social media content.
• Collaborate with product managers to present compelling visual narratives across different platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of experience in devising social media strategies and managing channels for brands or companies.
• A strong understanding and involvement in the crypto space; familiarity with Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO.
• Proven track record of working in cryptocurrency, web 3, and blockchain as a social media manager/content creator.
• Proficiency in creating and sharing content on various social media platforms.
• Solid grasp of social media metrics and performance evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
