Key Responsibilities

• Generate top-quality written and visual content tailored to specific campaigns.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive online identity to drive brand recognition and audience engagement.
• Monitor and manage the company's online reputation on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with influencers to broaden brand outreach and influence.
• Provide timely and professional responses to comments and messages on all social media channels.
• Aim to increase the reach of Token Metrics' social media accounts by 5% monthly.
• Initiate engagement for potential interviews.
• Utilize graphic design tools like Canva AI and Adobe for creating visually captivating content.
• Work closely with the product manager to deliver compelling visual narratives across platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, including Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO.
• Proficiency in managing various social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hubspot, Sprout Social, and Tubebuddy.
• Competent in community management and engagement through platforms like Telegram, Discord, and support tickets.
• Strong copywriting skills and expertise in social media marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to tailor content to fit the tone and style of different social media platforms.
• Skill in building and cultivating social media communities.
• Understanding of graphic design principles to create visually appealing content.
• Previous role as a Brand Manager on social media platforms.
• Ability to measure and assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
