About The Role

Immutable is embarking on a new chapter where success not only hinges on delivering top-tier products but also on guiding our game studio partners to effectively leverage them for substantial growth. We are seeking a talented individual for the position of Customer Growth Lead, Americas to collaborate directly with studios across the region, enabling them to maximize player acquisition, retention, and monetization on the Immutable platform.

This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will identify growth barriers, develop activation strategies, unite specialized teams, and oversee end-to-end implementation. Whether a studio aims to expedite product launches, reduce churn, enhance acquisition rates, or expand initiatives, you will be instrumental in unlocking their growth potential.

You will engage in key opportunities throughout the region, forming close partnerships with teams in Customer Growth, Business Development, Partnerships, and Product. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on diverse challenges, embrace ambiguity, and take ownership of problems from strategic planning to tangible outcomes with a focus on driving impact.

You'll Be Empowered To:

  • Collaborate directly with studio partners to diagnose growth obstacles, craft activation strategies, and drive measurable results.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement activation strategies and streamline partner onboarding.
  • Translate successful activation tactics into standardized playbooks and scalable growth initiatives for future clients.
  • Identify potential upselling opportunities and expansion avenues by analyzing performance data and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to continually enhance how studios adopt and grow with Immutable’s offerings.
  • Serve as the strategic contact point for high-value partnerships, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

  • Hands-on experience in activating or scaling go-to-market initiatives in the tech or gaming domain.
