Customer support is managed via a ticketing system and live chat, encompassing tasks such as addressing customer queries, complaints, and overseeing identification approvals on our top-tier cryptocurrency exchange platform.
We require proficiency in Hindi and English to cater to our user base effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to back office tickets and provide round-the-clock online and email support services to customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, recommendations, and feedback through email or online tools.
- Collaborate with other departments on customer interactions, accurately document customer requests and feedback, and generate detailed reports.
- Handle customer complaints, unique cases, and any other special tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Hold a Degree or Diploma qualification.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in other languages is a distinct advantage for successful collaboration within diverse company stakeholders.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the finance or E-commerce sector.
- Exhibit high levels of honesty, integrity, proactiveness, and attention to detail.
- Display a strong sense of responsibility, a team-oriented mindset, and adept communication skills to exceed expectations.
- Ability to perform under pressure, work across different shifts, including night shifts, and possess a genuine interest in customer service.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the crypto industry.
- Personal or professional exposure to cryptocurrencies.
