Duties
- Manage back-office tickets and provide round-the-clock online customer support via emails and other communication tools.
- Address customer queries, feedback, and suggestions promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate customer interactions and maintain documentation of customer requests.
- Handle customer complaints, special cases, and additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Hold a college diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Skilled in both English and Korean.
- Possess a minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure with exceptional communication skills.
- Display a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and have a positive attitude towards the cryptocurrency industry.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including night shifts.
