Customer Service Representative (Slovak & English)
Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the largest cryptocurrency exchange, is searching for individuals to join their customer service team. The team aims to deliver exceptional client support through fast response times and accurate information via ticketing systems and live chat. As part of this team, employees will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and verification processes for the cryptocurrency exchange platform. Ideal candidates are empathetic, communicative, and adept problem-solvers who can champion customer needs and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement. The role entails managing live chats, support tickets, addressing customer needs promptly, offering comprehensive information on platform features, resolving complaints, collecting feedback, and participating in AI bot validation and testing tasks. Candidates should have previous customer-facing experience, strong IT skills to handle technical queries effectively, excellent written communication, ability to multi-task, and a basic understanding of AI concepts. Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, proficiency in English and Slovak, and flexibility to work weekends and night shifts are required.
Responsibilities
- Manage live chats and support tickets in multiple languages
- Address customer needs promptly and effectively
- Provide accurate platform information to customers
- Resolve complaints and follow up for effective solutions
- Adhere to communication procedures and guidelines
- Gather feedback for continuous workflow and product improvements
- Validate and test AI bots, automation workflows, and tools as required
- Engage customers to deliver exceptional service
- Other tasks as assigned by team leaders
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative
- Proficient in IT for handling technical customer queries
- Strong written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots
- Experience in bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review is a plus
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency/blockchain is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Slovak
- Willingness to work weekends and night shifts
