Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support inquiries efficiently through live chat and ticketing systems for our renowned cryptocurrency exchange platform.
- Analyze and address customer needs promptly to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Offer accurate and comprehensive information on platform features, products, and processes.
- Handle complaints effectively by providing appropriate solutions within specified timeframes and following up for resolution.
- Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
- Assist in gathering feedback for workflow and product enhancements, including AI bot performance evaluations.
- Participate in testing AI bots, automation workflows, tools, and SOPs to ensure their functionality.
- Strive to engage customers, delivering exceptional service experience.
- Perform additional duties as outlined by team leaders.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Proficient in IT with the ability to address moderately technical customer inquiries.
- Strong written communication skills and active listening capabilities.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots.
- Prior experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality assessment is advantageous.
- Background knowledge in cryptocurrency/blockchain is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts.
