Event & Partnership Manager
Event & Partnership Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Event & Partnership Manager who can build Schedar’s ecosystem presence from the ground up across AI, Web3, crypto, infrastructure, and frontier tech communities.
This is not a “coordinate logistics and send calendar invites” role. We need someone who can identify the right events, communities, founders, partners, KOLs, protocols, accelerators, and ecosystem players — then turn those relationships into high-quality deal flow, talent flow, brand visibility, and collaboration opportunities.
You’ll work directly with Schedar’s team, founders, portfolio companies, technical builders, and external partners to help Schedar become more visible and connected across the AI-native and Web3 ecosystem.
What You’ll Own
Identify high-value conferences, side events, hackathons, demo days, founder communities, accelerators, university networks, and ecosystem gatherings across AI and Web3
Build and manage Schedar’s event strategy, including hosted events, co-hosted events, private founder dinners, meetups, workshops, panels, and online sessions
Source and build partnerships with protocols, startups, communities, VCs, accelerators, dev communities, KOLs, media partners, and ecosystem organizations
Turn events and partnerships into measurable outcomes: founder leads, project leads, talent leads, investor relationships, community growth, and portfolio support
Coordinate event planning end-to-end, including concept, agenda, speaker outreach, guest list, partner alignment, logistics, promotion, follow-up, and reporting
Create outreach flows for founders, builders, partners, speakers, and strategic ecosystem contacts
Maintain and grow a CRM of relevant founders, partners, communities, event organizers, operators, and technical talent
Work with marketing/content teams to create event announcements, speaker posts, recaps, newsletters, and partner communications
Support Schedar-backed and incubated projects with partnership opportunities, launch events, community access, and ecosystem introductions
Track event ROI and partnership performance through clear dashboards, follow-ups, and feedback loops
Stay close to emerging AI/Web3 narratives, new ecosystems, protocols, infrastructure trends, and founder communities
What We’re Looking For
Experience in events, partnerships, ecosystem growth, community, BD, VC platform, or startup operations
Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, AI, developer ecosystems, infrastructure, or frontier tech communities
Ability to identify high-signal people, projects, communities, and events — not just popular ones
Hands-on execution mindset: comfortable planning, writing outreach, managing logistics, hosting conversations, and following up
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with founders, operators, investors, developers, and partners
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders
Ability to turn relationships into structured opportunities, not just casual networking
Strong organizational skills across CRM, event planning, partner tracking, and post-event follow-up
Interest in early-stage startups, technical founders, venture capital, AI-native products, Web3 infrastructure, and digital ecosystems
High ownership, strong taste, and bias toward action
Nice to Have
Experience working in VC, accelerator, Web3 ecosystem, crypto exchange, protocol foundation, startup studio, or early-stage startup
Existing network across AI, Web3, crypto, developer tools, infrastructure, fintech, or startup communities
Experience organizing founder dinners, side events, conference activations, hackathons, demo days, workshops, or investor/operator meetups
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Attio, Clay, Luma, Eventbrite, Typeform, Telegram, Discord, X, LinkedIn, or similar
Experience with community-led growth, ecosystem partnerships, ambassador programs, or founder/investor relations
Understanding of wallets, protocols, DeFi, DAOs, L1/L2 ecosystems, token incentives, or Web3 user behavior
Ability to write clear event copy, partner briefs, outreach messages, speaker notes, and follow-up summaries
Prior experience supporting founders, portfolio companies, or technical communities
You Might Be a Fit If
You like building ecosystems from zero, not just managing existing relationships
You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution in the same day
You can spot high-potential founders, projects, and communities before they become obvious
You enjoy meeting people, but you also know how to turn conversations into structured next steps
You understand that events are not just brand moments — they are deal flow, talent flow, partnerships, and market intelligence
You can work with founders, technical teams, investors, community builders, and ecosystem partners
You care about speed, ownership, thoughtful follow-up, and measurable outcomes
You want to help Schedar become a stronger presence across AI-native and Web3 ecosystems
Why Join Schedar
Work at the intersection of AI, Web3, venture capital, and early-stage company building
Collaborate directly with founders, investors, technical builders, and ecosystem leaders
High ownership over Schedar’s external presence, events, and partnership strategy
Remote-first and flexible setup
Exposure to Schedar’s portfolio, network, and technical ecosystem
Opportunity to help discover and support new primitives for the digital economy
Build relationships across some of the most interesting AI-native and Web3 communities globally
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience, scope, and role structure. Performance-based incentives, event/project bonuses, or equity/token exposure may be available depending on the specific engagement model.
