About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Lead who can build early GTM systems from scratch.
This is not a “manage a marketing calendar” role. We need someone who can identify the right ICPs, test acquisition channels, build automated growth loops, turn market feedback into product direction, and help early products reach real traction.
You’ll work directly with founders, product teams, and technical builders across Schedar-backed and incubated projects.
What You’ll Own
- Define and validate early ICPs, user segments, and GTM hypotheses
- Build 0-to-1 acquisition systems across outbound, community, partnerships, content, and product-led loops
- Design automated growth workflows using tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Apollo, scraping/enrichment tools, AI agents, or similar
- Run fast experiments to identify what drives activation, retention, and conversion
- Work with product and engineering teams to translate market feedback into product priorities
- Build dashboards and feedback loops around growth metrics
- Develop messaging, positioning, landing pages, outreach flows, and early user onboarding
- Help founders understand which markets, channels, and customer segments are worth scaling
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading or executing 0-to-1 growth for early-stage startups
- Strong understanding of product-led growth, GTM experimentation, and acquisition systems
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, incomplete data, and fast-changing product direction
- Hands-on ability to build growth workflows, not just plan strategy
- Strong written communication and ability to explain complex products simply
- Interest in AI, Web3, crypto, infrastructure, automation, developer tools, or fintech
- Ability to work closely with technical founders and product/engineering teams
- Strong bias toward execution, testing, and measurable outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience in Web3, crypto, AI, fintech, developer tools, or infrastructure startups
- Experience building automated outbound or growth systems
- Familiarity with tools like n8n, Clay, Zapier, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Airtable, Notion, Webflow, Framer, v0, or AI agents
- Experience with community-led growth, founder-led sales, partnerships, or ecosystem growth
- Prior founder, operator, or early employee experience
- Understanding of wallets, protocols, DeFi, token incentives, or Web3 user behavior

Compensation
