Responsibilities:
- Manage back-office tickets and offer 24/7 online inquiry services via voice, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer queries, advice, and suggestions through various communication channels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions, accurately document requests, and provide feedback when needed.
- Address customer complaints, handle special cases, and perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree or Diploma qualification.
- Professional fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Knowledge of other languages is beneficial for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce. Recent graduates demonstrating exceptional skills are encouraged to apply.
