Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Advocate for client needs and identify new opportunities in collaboration with the product team.
• Build trusted relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer requirements.
• Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders regularly.
• Monitor and analyze key account metrics and forecast performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or above).
• Minimum of 4 years of account management experience.
• Prior experience in crypto/blockchain is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Background in compliance or finance is preferred.
• Demonstrated sales track record.
• Strong relationship-building and people management skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Resilient personality, proactive, and thrives under pressure.
• Adaptable to changing requirements and adept at handling unforeseen issues.
