Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Advocate for client needs and identify new opportunities in collaboration with the product team.
- Build trusted relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer requirements.
- Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders regularly.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics and forecast performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or above).
- Minimum of 4 years of account management experience.
- Prior experience in crypto/blockchain is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Background in compliance or finance is preferred.
- Demonstrated sales track record.
- Strong relationship-building and people management skills.
- Ability to solve problems creatively, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Resilient personality, proactive, and thrives under pressure.
- Adaptable to changing requirements and adept at handling unforeseen issues.
