Job Role:
The On-chain Data Analyst position involves the responsibility of gathering, assessing, and interpreting extensive datasets related to cryptocurrency transactions. Key tasks consist of tracking digital wallets, comprehending the movement of cryptocurrencies, and providing precise attributions to assist the organization in meeting compliance, security, and investigative objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze transaction data from diverse blockchain networks to track fund flow and spot patterns.
- Trace Wallets: Employ advanced analytical tools to trace digital wallets and understand their interactions within the blockchain landscape.
- Offer Accurate Attribution: Provide accurate attributions of digital assets to individuals, organizations, or activities by scrutinizing transaction patterns, wallet addresses, and other digital traces.
- Generate Reports: Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and supporting decision-making processes.
- Oversee Compliance Monitoring: Monitor transactions for potential illicit activities and ensure adherence to cryptocurrency transaction-related laws and regulations.
- Foster Collaboration: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, legal units, and external agencies to exchange findings and work together on probes.

Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, preferably focusing on cryptocurrencies or blockchain technology.
- Profound knowledge of blockchain networks, cryptocurrency transactions, and digital wallets.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a team-based setting.
