Data Analyst (12 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Engage in diverse data tasks including engineering, advanced visualizations, development of machine learning models, and experimentation
• Analyze and interpret extensive volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data using a variety of data tools and analytics platforms
• Transform complex insights into easy-to-understand visualizations and actionable recommendations for operational teams and senior management
• Contribute to a fast-paced industry and organizational environment where agility and time-to-market are crucial

Requirements

• Hold a degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in a full-time Analytics or Data Science role
• Demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork skills with a rapid ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies
• Exhibit a natural curiosity to identify, explore, and explain data trends and patterns in a clear and understandable manner
• Show enthusiasm for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI

Competence in two or more of the following:

• Proficiency in an analytical software (e.g., R, SAS)
• Familiarity with a data visualization tool (e.g., Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience in a relational or graph database management tool (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, Neo4J)
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., VBA, C++, Java, Python)
