Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of risk patterns on Binance platforms, utilizing data-centric approaches and quantitative analysis methodologies to identify, assess, contain, and mitigate risks like fraudulent trading activities and account takeovers.
- Deploy and monitor variables, rules, and models to enhance risk management strategies, constantly iterating and optimizing to improve risk mitigation effectiveness while ensuring a positive user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new rules and strategies that strike a balance between user satisfaction and risk control.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in fields like mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- Have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in data analysis, risk assessment, preferably in financial derivatives or e-commerce sectors. Knowledge of blockchain technology, payments, or risk management is advantageous.
- Proficient in SQL and at least one data analysis tool such as Python or R.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, exceptional problem-solving skills, and effective communication and coordination abilities.
