Data Analytics Product Manager - Binance Square

Role Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Data Analytics Product Manager to join the Binance Square team. This role will involve analyzing product data, pinpointing user pain points, and enhancing product performance through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will act as a connector between product, data, and engineering teams, establishing robust analytics frameworks and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement event tracking methodologies for each product iteration cycle to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data teams to develop and maintain feature analytics dashboards and monitoring systems.
• Utilize data mining and analysis to identify product design challenges and offer actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Translate data insights into tangible product solutions, overseeing the execution process and post-launch outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or related roles within the tech industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale databases.
• Strong foundation in data mining techniques and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with popular data analytics platforms like Sensors Data and DataWind.
• Hands-on experience in developing event tracking frameworks.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to engage with international stakeholders.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or social media products.
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and A/B testing methodologies.
• Background in business intelligence or data science.
