Challenge:

As part of the Data Science team under the Product division, you will be instrumental in developing data-driven products aimed at enhancing the recruitment process by identifying human potential and linking talent with opportunities. The team focuses on all AI-related aspects, including chatbots, language analysis in video interviews, and more. We are currently embarking on a new innovative phase with candidate alignment and GenAI-based tools.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create new algorithms and models to enhance our offerings
• Analyze client datasets related to human interactions and decisions
• Develop success metrics and algorithms for novel products
• Design and execute experiments to assess new product concepts
• Perform other assigned duties

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in advanced English
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Science
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (with preference for MS or PhD)
• Familiarity with standard Machine Learning algorithms and hyperparameter tuning
• Experience with algorithmic fairness is a plus
• Understanding of recommender systems is preferred
• Knowledge of modern NLP techniques (embedding models)
• Proficient in Python programming and related libraries such as numpy, scikit, and pandas
• Ability to collaborate with the Industrial-Organizational Psychology team on innovative research
• Translate business objectives into analytical tasks
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
