About the Position
Our current focus is on revolutionizing intelligent trading platforms by integrating AI Agents to tackle elaborate tasks in fraud identification, customer assistance, risk evaluation, and operational decisions. As a Data Scientist engaging with AI Agent Engineering, you will be involved in the strategic development, implementation, and deployment of multi-agent systems optimized for scalability to handle sophisticated tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities will span across agent management, retrieval systems, safety protocols, and MLOps interventions crucial for incorporating intelligent automation into our trading ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Design & Management: Conceptualize and execute multi-agent systems to oversee fraud detection, risk evaluation, and operational procedures. Develop protocols for seamless agent interaction and task delegation.
- RAG & Knowledge-Based Systems: Establish pipelines for retrieval that augment generation (RAG) amalgamating real-time market, regulatory, and trading data. Set up and maintain vector databases and semantic search infrastructures to support intelligent agent decision-making in context.
- Safety & Compliance: Put into place frameworks for safety, guardrails, and engagement of human participation for approvals. Monitor agent performance, identify outliers, and enforce compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
- Agent CI/CD & Infrastructure: Create frameworks for testing, versioning, and deployment of agents. Design A/B test mechanisms, strategies for rollback, and supervisory frameworks to enhance the productivity of agents in real-world operation.
- Collaboration: Establish close collaboration with risk evaluation, infrastructure development, and product teams to incorporate safety protocols, streamline behavioral interactions between agents and humans, and align agent solutions with organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in the field of machine learning or AI system development.
- Proficiency in areas like LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen).
- Practical experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and real-time data integration.
- Proficiency in Python; additional familiarity with technologies like FastAPI, Celery, or Ray is advantageous.
- Experience with APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic, as well as LLM fine-tuning.
- Knowledge of big data tools like Spark, Kafka, Redis, and containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
- AI Agent Expertiese: Strong grasp on workflow design including planning, reasoning, and tool utilization, as well as developing guardrails and oversight frameworks, semantic search techniques, monitoring, and rollback strategies.
- Educational Background: Must possess a Master’s degree in Data Science, AI Engineering, or Applied ML, or showcase equivalent experience. Proficiency in large-scale real-time systems will be a plus, with a preference for expertise within the financial or trading sector.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving aptitude, effective communication abilities, adaptability to evolving environments, and a genuine interest in AI agents, LLMs, and intelligent automation.
