Data Scientist (NLP)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk AI team with a focus on NLP projects. In this role, you will leverage internal data to train models and create applications based on these models. As a data scientist, you will work with PB-level data and advanced machine learning infrastructure to deliver data products for our extensive user base. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data analysts, business operations, and product/marketing managers, will be crucial in defining and implementing solutions, features, algorithms, and products.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to preprocess, analyze, and derive insights from large textual datasets.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI models to drive innovative solutions.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends, communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on advancements in artificial intelligence, particularly in multimodal AI, for integration into solutions.
• Develop and apply feature engineering techniques to enhance model performance using meaningful features.

Requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in AI/ML and NLP.
• Proficient in big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and mathematical foundations.
• Solid experience with deep learning architectures and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, with experience in ML and NLP libraries.
