Role Overview:
sFOX is in search of an adept MySQL Engineer with a passion for managing data and blockchain-driven financial technology. The ideal candidate is collaborative, self-reliant, and flourishes in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RDBM Systems
- Propose novel solutions for intricate technical challenges
- Generate database designs that cater to present needs while accommodating future requirements
- Collaborate with the software engineering team to enhance the database systems' quality and code
- Act as a lead for solving complex problems
- Establish effective data management standards and protocols
- Ensure system designs adhere to policies and standards
- Suggest solutions for system enhancement through process optimization and new technologies
- Fulfill ad hoc query and report requests
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of RDBMS physical and logical OLTP design and stored procedures development experience with MySQL
- Proficiency in high-volume transactional systems
- Expertise in specific technology domains and offering technical guidance
- Strong skills in designing and developing efficient database code
- Ability to analyze schema, query data, and review SQL for application comprehension
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in managing software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with AWS, RDS, and Version Control systems such as Git
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with trading and market data
- Background in digital currency trading
- Understanding of the digital currency trading market
- Interest in Bitcoin, digital currency, and distributed ledger technology
